About Our Client Our client is a series A client in the SaaS product ecosystem, selling to enterprise level clients in the US market. Job Description - Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients in the US market. - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. - Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client requirements. - Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Account Manager - US should have: - 4+ years in Account Management or B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales with a track record of expansion/cross-sell in multi-entity accounts - Experience selling to the North American Market a must - Strong consultative selling: discovery, solution mapping, and negotiation with senior stakeholders What's on Offer - Industry leading compensation - Work with a pedigreed set of leadership
