Job Description - Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients in the US market. - Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. - Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client requirements. - Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. - Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
