Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential riders, provide them with detailed product information, address their concerns, and ensure a seamless experience. Your efforts will play a crucial role in building trust and maintaining a high level of engagement with riders.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

--> Make proactive outbound calls to potential riders to introduce and explain our product offerings.

--> Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the product to encourage rider sign-ups.

2. Customer Support:

--> Respond promptly to rider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

--> Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing rider concerns.

3. Lead Management and Follow-Up:

--> Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert potential riders into active users.

--> Build and sustain strong relationships to maintain engagement and loyalty.

4. Target Achievement:

--> Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

--> Consistently strive to improve performance metrics and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, tele calling, or sales(1-2 yrs).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Language Preference - Hindi + Any South Indian Language.
