What You'll Do

As a Content Specialist, you'll be part of the growth and communication team, responsible for amplifying our brand voice and supporting the narrative around the cutting-edge products we build. Key responsibilities include:

- Social Media Management: Own and grow our Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms through well-crafted posts, stories, reels, and campaigns
- Content Writing: Write engaging, sharp, and clear content for social posts, blogs, website sections, video scripts, and more
- Content Creation & Ideation: Participate in planning and executing content shoots (photo/video), brainstorming visual ideas aligned with brand tone
- Post-Editing & Visuals: Work on light video editing (reels, cuts, transitions, captions) and post-edit visuals using tools like Canva or CapCut
- Brand Research: Research trends, competitors, and best practices to elevate Es Magico's digital presence and branding efforts
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with tech, design, and product teams to translate technical concepts into compelling, accessible content

Requirements

- Strong writing, research, and editing skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with Canva and/or basic video editing tools
- Curious about start-ups, technology, and AI
- Based in Mumbai and available for full-time in-office

Good to Have

- Prior experience managing brand pages or creating content for digital platforms
- Exposure to B2B or product-based brands
- Background in media, marketing, journalism, or communications
