Job description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The role involves driving sales of managed office spaces and co-working solutions by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial real estate or flexible workspace solutions and excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate leads for our managed office and co-working space sales through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and corporate outreach. • Conduct site visits, client presentations, and workspace tours to showcase our available options. • Understand client requirements (team size, location, budget, amenities) and propose suitable workspace solutions. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements in line with company policies. • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up systematically. • Collaborate with the operations, design, and facility teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover. • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to support business strategy. • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
