Job Description

What You ll Do

- Develop compelling brand narratives and creative strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ideate and execute multi-platform campaign ideas (digital, social, video, offline) that drive engagement and brand equity.
- Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive across channels.
- Lead creative brainstorms, brief internal/external creative teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Use market research, audience insights, and trends to inform content and creative direction.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign performance, draw insights, and optimize strategies for better results.

What We re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand communication, or campaign planning, preferably in a digital-first or consumer brand environment.
- A portfolio or track record of end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and digital trends.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills the ability to translate strategy into powerful creative.
- Strong collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a bias for action and a sharp eye for creative quality.
