Your mission

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop and manage services that are key to the AI-powered UiPath Business Automation Platform, working with a diverse range of technologies. UiPath is dedicated to delivering the fully automated enterprise, where automation unlocks unlimited growth opportunities. Our platform combines leading RPA solutions with a full suite of capabilities and technologies like AI, Process Mining, and Cloud to enable every organization to rapidly scale digital business operations.

What You&aposll Do At UiPath

- End-to-End High Quality: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, scalable, and reliable code. Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Maintain operational excellence while in production.
- Planning: Initiate features, drive collaborative work on feature implementations toward ultimate objectives. Act as an area expert and influence others.
- Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Engineering Excellence: Help establish effective and agile engineering practices across teams, maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.

What You&aposll Bring To The Team

- 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role, using one or more high-level programming languages (C# with ASP.NET Core, Nodejs)
- Experience working with Cloud Systems (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP).
- Good understanding of infrastructure as code management, such as Terraform.
- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
- Deep understanding of data structures (list, vector, stack, heap), algorithms (sort, search, etc.), and associated time/memory complexity.
- Broad understanding of your role and function within the overall business strategy, aiding in project decision-making.
- Proven experience working with globally distributed teams, mentoring, and coaching peers.
- Experience with CI/CD-driven production cycles.

Nice to Have

- Proficiency in Python, especially for data analysis and AI features.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Full stack experience (front end and backend).
