We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage daily HR operations ensure smooth employee lifecycle management and support organizational growth The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment onboarding employee engagement compliance and supporting HR policies and initiatives Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Source screen and interview candidates for open positions Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs Manage onboarding formalities including documentation induction and orientation programs Employee Relations Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries grievances and concerns Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and team-building programs Support in maintaining a positive work environment HR Operations Compliance Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in payroll processing and attendance management Performance Development Support performance appraisal processes Coordinate training and development programs for employees Track employee progress and maintain training records General Administration Prepare HR letters offer appointment confirmation relieving etc Handle exit formalities including clearance and feedback sessions Generate HR-related reports for management review Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Experience in HR operations or executive-level HR roles Strong knowledge of HR processes labor laws and statutory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Preferred Skills Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
