This role suits fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to grow in HR and office administration while contributing to meaningful, sustainability-driven projects. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment : job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records , attendance, and documentation. Handle day-to-day administrative operations , vendor coordination, and HR support tasks. Assist management in staffing coordination , HR policy updates, and compliance activities. Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives. Ensure smooth office functioning and a positive workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred). 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration (freshers encouraged). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace . Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented. Why Join Us?
