Job Description Job Title: US Accounts Manager Experience: 8+ years in US Accounting & Bookkeeping Location: Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced US Accounts Manager to lead and manage our accounting operations. The role requires strong expertise in bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and US accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with QuickBooks, Paychex, and other financial tools to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the complete accounting cycle including A/P, A/R, GL, payroll, tax, and reconciliations. - Perform and review bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations. - Manage Paychex payroll processing and compliance with US payroll regulations. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports. - Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IRS regulations, and statutory requirements. - Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. - Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and management for reporting and audits. - Strengthen accounting policies, processes, and internal controls. - Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CA, ACCA) strongly preferred. - 8+ years of proven experience in US accounting & bookkeeping. - Hands-on expertise in QuickBooks and Paychex payroll systems. - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation processes. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
