You'll be responsible for resolving customer queries through chat and email no calls involved. Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries via chat/email professionally and efficiently - Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution - Maintain records and ensure timely follow-ups - Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction Requirements: - Prior experience in Customer Support / Non-Voice / Chat Process preferred - Good written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Willing to work 6 days a week from our Thane office Contract Duration: 6 months
