Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid / Part-time Consultancy) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Trust Law Advocate who specializes in Charitable Trusts, Trustee Appointment/Removal matters, Succession Law, and Family Trust Disputes. The role involves advising on the governance, compliance, and legal structure of a long-standing private trust, including trustee rights, duties, and rectification of historical irregularities. Key Responsibilities: - Review and interpret an existing Charitable Trust Deed - Advise on validity of trustee appointments and past trust actions - Prepare legal strategies for quiet strengthening of trusteeship - Draft resolutions, declarations, notices, and compliance documents - Guide on meeting procedures, quorum requirements, and deed compliance - Advise on risk exposure and prevention of disputes - Support in handling any potential trustee conflict or challenge Requirements: - 515 years of experience in Trusts, Estate Planning, Civil Law, or Family Settlements - Strong understanding of: - Indian Trusts Act - Private Charitable Trusts - Trustee appointment/removal procedures - Trust litigation & injunction strategy - Experience in handling silent, sensitive family trust matters - Ability to work discreetly, maintain confidentiality, and guide long-term strategy Salary / Engagement: Part-time consultancy or fixed monthly retainer (as per experience).
