Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid / Part-time Consultancy) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Trust Law Advocate who specializes in Charitable Trusts, Trustee Appointment/Removal matters, Succession Law, and Family Trust Disputes . The role involves advising on the governance, compliance, and legal structure of a long-standing private trust, including trustee rights, duties, and rectification of historical irregularities. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret an existing Charitable Trust Deed Advise on validity of trustee appointments and past trust actions Prepare legal strategies for quiet strengthening of trusteeship Draft resolutions, declarations, notices, and compliance documents Guide on meeting procedures, quorum requirements, and deed compliance Advise on risk exposure and prevention of disputes Support in handling any potential trustee conflict or challenge Requirements: 5–15 years of experience in Trusts, Estate Planning, Civil Law, or Family Settlements Strong understanding of: Indian Trusts Act Private Charitable Trusts Trustee appointment/removal procedures Trust litigation & injunction strategy Experience in handling silent, sensitive family trust matters Ability to work discreetly, maintain confidentiality, and guide long-term strategy Salary / Engagement: Part-time consultancy or fixed monthly retainer (as per experience).
