Security Head

Job Summary Pushpam Sanskruti Resort is seeking a highly responsible and experienced Security Head Manager to lead the overall safety and security operations of the resort The ideal candidate will ensure the protection of guests staff and property while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment Key Responsibilities Develop and enforce security policies SOPs and emergency protocols Supervise and schedule the security team to maintain 24 7 vigilance Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems to prevent and respond to incidents Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure safety standards are met Manage crisis situations calmly and efficiently fire medical emergency theft etc Liaise with local police fire and medical departments when necessary Train staff on basic safety practices fire drills and guest protection protocols Ensure guest interactions by security staff are professional and courteous Prepare daily and incident reports for management review Candidate Requirements Preferred Background Ex-Army Ex-Police personnel with leadership experience OR candidates with hospitality industry experience in security roles Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial security role Strong knowledge of security systems emergency handling and crisis management Physically fit disciplined and alert at all times Good communication skills in English Hindi and Marathi preferred Ability to train motivate and lead a team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
