Facility Executive

**JOB TITLE**: Facility/ Admin Executive for Calida Psychiatric Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre

**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Facility/Administration Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our rehab center. This role involves overseeing facility maintenance, supervising staff, ensuring safety and hygiene, and handling various administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of our center.

**WORK ACTIVITIES**:

- Oversee facility maintenance and manage resources.
- Supervise Housekeeping, Security and Kitchen staff.
- Ensure facility safety, hygiene and security.
- Manage kitchen operations and food safety.
- Conduct quality assurance and resource management.
- Perform additional duties as required to support administrative operations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on facility equipment.
- Ensure the facility is clean and safe for all occupants.
- Manage maintenance schedules and inventory of supplies.
- Handle patient transportation needs including pickups, drops, transfers, and referrals.
- Ensure staff supervision, training and program development,
- Ensure Regulatory compliance, resource allocation, and emergency preparedness.
- Document and report any incidents, including security breaches, disturbances, or accidents
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Respect patient privacy while ensuring their safety and security.

**JOB CONTEXT**:
Work location will be Karjat. Reporting will be to the Admin Head

**QUALIFICATION**:
Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in similar role in Healthcare or operations of any industry is preferred, Freshers are also welcome

**SKILLS**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in managing kitchen operations and understanding food safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies effectively.
- Able to work effectively in a residential setting and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
