Job Summary As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst within the Regulatory Controls Team, you oversee the end-to-end implementation of regulatory trade reporting for the Global Credit, Rates, and Equities Derivative Group. You collaborate with Change Management and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, execute controls, and enhance reporting processes. You ensure a controlled environment by recommending improvements and completing all necessary checks. Job Responsibilities - Implement new regulatory reporting and ongoing remediation - Understand regulatory requirements by collaborating with Change Management and stakeholders - Execute comprehensive end-to-end control processes - Review and improve control processes for regulatory reporting in Credit, Rates, and Equities - Recommend enhancements for processes and systems - Work with business and technology groups to prioritize requirements - Present business cases for regulatory reporting improvements - Deliver a controlled environment for regulatory reporting - Ensure completion of all controls and OTM checklists at end of day - Analyze regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions - Address operational and technical issues with effective problem-solving Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills - Demonstrate experience in Financial Services with understanding of Credit, Rates, or Equity Derivatives - Apply reconciliation background to regulatory reporting processes - Analyze complex regulatory requirements for multiple jurisdictions - Solve operational and technical issues efficiently - Understand downstream impacts of actions throughout trade life cycle - Graduate with 5+ years in investment banking, Middle Office, or Trade Support - Ensure strong and timely controls in all reporting activities Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Adapt to evolving regulatory environments - Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels - Innovate solutions for process optimization - Mentor junior team members for skill development - Engage in ongoing professional learning - Utilize advanced analytical tools for reporting enhancements About Us JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
