Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our team, candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) data to provide insights into business performance. - Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales teams for the submission of various SAP reports and entries. - Assist in the preparation of tender filings to ensure compliance with procurement requirements. - Conduct debtors reports to monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts. - Coordinate with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries. - Utilize sound knowledge of accounting systems or ERP to maintain accurate financial records. - Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and bookkeeping principles. - Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Process invoices and follow up with Marketing and Sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Additional Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts. - Hands-on experience working with SAP software. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
