Assist in preparing reports and presentations for marketing strategies. Event & Campaign Coordination Support in organizing offline promotional events, workshops, and exhibitions. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for campaigns. Track event outcomes and customer engagement levels. Customer Engagement Respond to basic customer queries on social media and email. Collect testimonials and customer stories for promotional use. Monitor online reviews and report insights to the marketing team. Administrative Support Maintain databases of leads, prospects, and campaign participants. Assist in creating Excel reports for campaign tracking. Provide general support to marketing managers in day-to-day operations.Skills & Competencies Required Technical Skills Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, Canva, email platforms).
