Greeting We have an opportunity for Team Member - Electronics PCB Design Title Team Member - Electronics PCB Design Qualification Must have a first-class degree in B E B Tech - Electronics Engineering M E M Tech is preferable with a minimum Experience of 6 years CTC Full-time job on-roll job Job Location Vadodara PFB the five critical points for the cv search for the captioned role 1 Must have First class degree in B E B Tech - Electronics Engineering M E M Tech is preferable 2 Must have 6 - 10 years of work experience in design and development of electronics hardware and firmware software including IIoT Industry 4 0 implementation 3 Must have successfully developed at least one PCB PWB solution based on benchmarking of an existing solution and VA VE analysis 4 Must have hands-on working experience on at least one full PCB design development project including but not limited to - VOC product requirements gathering SOO specification finalization prototype build validation testing and production release 5 Mush have lead resolution of at least one supplier production design validation customer problems using 8D process and RCA tools like Fishbone Fault Tree Analysis 5-Why analysis etc JOB RESPONSIBILITY Interface with customers for electronics requirements gathering prepare requirements compliance report TFSO fill product specification sheet review GA dwg and get approval Create B-Diagram P-Diagram Interface Matrix DFMEA as per AIAG 4th Edition requirements Electronics Hardware design and Firmware software programming in the areas of protection control and monitoring for automotive and process industries Perform Design Development activities like - design specification finalization design calculations schematic drawings creation components selection PCB PWB materials and technologies selection PCB layout design IOM creation etc Co-ordinate with SMEs for space availability mounting design boundary conditions and conduct necessary simulation to optimize PCB design Create electrical drawings required for PCB PWBs design using CAD software - SolidWorks AutoCAD etc Lead PCBs PWBs design components placement routing GD T and drawings generation using MCAD ECAD software s - Altium Designer Orcad PADS etc Lead electronics design to meet - Form Fit Function Manufacturing Assembly Reliability Quality Cost Service EHS RoHS etc using DFx and DFSS tools with minimum supervision Create Design Validation Plan DVP based on product requirements write Test Procedures define pass fail criteria and provide inputs for Test set-up equipment design Conduct Design Reviews and get CFT sign-off before releasing design for prototype build production Prepare design documents required for various product certification independently Provide technical support for electronics components and PCB PWB suppliers selection prototype build and continuous improvement efforts during production Lead resolution of supplier production design validation customer problems using 8D process RCA and CAPA and implement design changes thru ECRN process with minimum supervision Maintain project folder as per applicable QMS system - ISO AS IATF and face internal and external audits with minimum supervision Prioritize balance and manage multiple tasks with sense of urgency in changing environment with available resources Train GETs and Design Engineers on electronics PCB design and development activities Be the SPOC for all electronics design activities and provide status updates clarifications to PM HOD CFT members and management on regular basis Remarks for experience required Design and development of electronics hardware and firmware software including IIoT Industry 4 0 implementation Must have worked on at least one full PCB design development project including but not limited to - VOC product requirements gathering SOO specification finalization prototype build validation testing and production release Industry if any specific requirement specifically valve industry Automobile electric vehicle defence and aerospace Electronic Components Semiconductors emerging technology IoT industrial automation Software Skills MCAD ECAD CAD softwares - Altium Designer Orcad PADS AutoCAD Solidworks etc QMS requirements ISO IATF Tools Knowledge MS-Excel PPT Word Firmware software programming and testing tools Process Knowledge PCB design and manufacturing process firmware software development process Soft Skills Quick learning adapting to new systems self-motivated driven teamwork good communication
