Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Exchange Online Administration MS Exchange Admin M365 Messaging M365 Messaging Migration and Design Implement Messaging Services This role requires a strong background in the Hi-Tech domain The work model is hybrid with rotational shifts and no travel is required Responsibilities Manage and oversee the administration of MS Exchange Online to ensure seamless email communication Provide expert support for MS Exchange Admin tasks ensuring the stability and reliability of the messaging environment Lead M365 Messaging projects including migrations and upgrades to enhance the organizations communication infrastructure Design and implement messaging services that meet the needs of the business and improve overall efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions with other IT systems and applications Monitor and maintain the health of the messaging environment proactively addressing any issues that arise Develop and enforce policies and procedures for messaging security and compliance Conduct regular audits and assessments of the messaging environment to identify areas for improvement Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the messaging services Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in messaging technologies and best practices Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24 7 support for the messaging environment Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed Ensure that all messaging services are aligned with the companys goals and objectives QualificationsManage and maintain the Exchange Server environment ensuring mail flow data integrity and user access Configure mailboxes distribution groups and other Exchange features Troubleshoot Exchange issues and provide technical support to users Integrating and customizing Microsoft 365 services and features with other applications and systems such as SharePoint 365 etc Creating and maintaining documentation and best practices for Microsoft 365 services and features Creating and managing Microsoft 365 tenants domains and subscriptions Monitoring and optimizing the performance availability and health of Microsoft 365 services SharePoint knowledge Show proficiency in managing messaging environments in the Hi-Tech domain Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model Stay current with industry trends and advancements in messaging technologies Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues Be committed to maintaining the security and compliance of the messaging environment Provide exceptional support and training to end-users Have a track record of successfully managing and improving messaging environments Be dedicated to contributing to the companys success and making a positive impact on society
