This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 250000 - Rs 350000 ie INR 2 5-3 5 LPA Min Experience 2 years Location Bengaluru Chennai JobType full-time We are seeking an experienced Medical Coder Sr Analyst with strong expertise in ED facility profee coding E M outpatient multispecialty denials and surgery coding The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of medical coding guidelines strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure accurate compliant coding across multiple specialties Requirements Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and compliant coding for ED facility ED profee surgery and multispecialty E M outpatient services Review and resolve multispecialty denials ensuring proper coding corrections and documentation support Validate clinical documentation to ensure correct code assignment according to industry standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal teams to clarify documentation coding updates and process improvement opportunities Maintain strong quality and productivity standards while ensuring adherence to coding rules and guidelines Stay updated with changes in coding regulations payer policies and industry best practices Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in medical coding mandatory Certified coders only - CPC or equivalent recognized certification Hands-on experience in Surgery coding E M outpatient coding ED profee facility coding IVR coding Strong understanding of denial management and specialty-specific coding scenarios Ability to analyze verify and correct codes with high accuracy Good communication and documentation skills Additional Details Location Chennai or Bangalore Notice Period 0-30 days Keywords Skills medical coding CPC ED profee facility multispecialty denials Surgery coder E M OP coder IVR coder
