Job Description Job Title: Chartered Accountant Reporting & Corporate Finance Location: Gurgaon Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Manager / Head Finance Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, and business finance. The candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, supporting business decision-making through analysis and reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). - Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to management and stakeholders. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. - Work closely with business units to analyze performance, drive cost efficiencies, and support strategic decisions. - Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and working capital management. - Assist in corporate finance activities including due diligence, valuations, M&A support, and investor presentations. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including tax, audit, and company law. - Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for financial audits and related matters. - Develop and improve internal controls and financial processes. - Use financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making. Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. - Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and applicable tax laws. - Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
