Female candidates are encouraged to apply as part of our diversity initiative.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and journal entries.- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and reporting.- Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.- Support audit processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and liaising with auditors.- Assist in budget preparation, financial analysis, and cost control initiatives.- Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, etc.- Maintain and update accounting records using accounting software (Tally, ERP, or others).- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders for financial transactions and & Skills:- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified or intermediate with strong intent to complete the qualification.- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related regulations.- Proficient with accounting software like Tally, ERP, or similar tools.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.- Female candidates preferred.
