JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title Customer Accounts Associate Location IndiaSCOPE Performs data entry of information through custom or other software The Customer Accounts Associate will be responsible for accuracy efficiency and retrieval of processed data Proofs material entered as required and generates data reports as required Works closely with the Customer Accounts Department in all regions globally to provide customers with the best possible service and support ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs data entry using various computer programs word processing spreadsheet or database commands and formats material as required Review discrepancies in data received requests clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures May interact with departmental and or other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry collection and retrieval Files keeps records and prepares transmits sorts distributes facsimiles mail e-mail and reports as needed Perform quality work within deadlines Interact professionally with other employees Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations Other duties as assigned SKILLS CERTIFICATIONS Fluent in English - written and spoken Able to type data for long periods of time Detailed and thorough in work habits PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment proficient with internet e-mail Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and other software Able to read and understand a terminal screen and printed reports Neat and legible handwriting EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree in related field 0-4 years of work experience LI-SK1Category Finance AccountingThis is a summary of the primary accountabilities and requirements for this position The company reserves the right to modify or amend accountabilities and requirements at any time at its sole discretion based on business needs Any part of this job description is subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities
