About McDonalds in India One of the world s largest employers with locations in more than 100 countries McDonald s Corporation has corporate opportunities in Hyderabad Our global offices serve as dynamic innovation and operations hubs designed to expand McDonald s global talent base and in-house expertise Our new office in Hyderabad will bring together knowledge across business technology analytics and AI accelerating our ability to deliver impactful solutions for the business and our customers across the globe Position Summary Manager Service Delivery The Portal EEP Content Global Lead role is responsible for leading the EEP Portal content development for the Employee Experience Platform HR Portal providing employees around the world with useful content that will enhance the employee experience by making HR information accessible and easy to understand The Portal EEP Content Global Lead professional develops content for use by employees managers and global people that will be maintained on the HR Portal and Knowledge base Who were looking for Key Responsibilities Act as a thought leader for overall HR portal content strategy as part of global EEP design Define governance process including managing content submissions and changes including developing a queue for content received after the agreed to submission period s and establishing prioritization criteria Operate as the lead for Portal Content submission with the 3rd party vendor including understanding the vendors tools and processes Lead creation of style guides or suggest changes to ensure content is consistent and clear based on McDonalds current practices Curation development of HR information policies and content for use by employees managers and global people Work with global markets to define their content needs and localize where necessary Optimize articles for SEO and accessibility Ensure written content is engaging for other assets as applicable Identify gaps in portal content and recommend new topics Coordinate with all global content SMEs to ensure development of content in line with project timelines and design requirements Edit content to ensure voice grammar and style is on point Create and schedule posts for multiple social media channels Stay up to date on industry trends to support content development Distill complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging branding and style Knowledge and Skill Requirements Proven global experience developing content for internal and or external HR knowledge databases or repositories Knowledge Management Communications and or process improvement background focused on user experience and adoption Broad HR functional knowledge with an understanding of employee and manager HR-related needs is desired Experience in Service now or Quick base is mandatory Creating editing and maintaining documents used by employee for guidance e g playbooks and wikis for a variety of user types e g crew staff executives Able to describe complicated processes and tasks succinctly Experience with content management tool is a plus Managing all the global HR knowledge articles and content campaigns within our Servicenow HRSD portal the ideal candidate is someone managing HR content although it could be someone managing content in finance or other areas and preferable with ServiceNow experience
