This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 4 years Location Mumbai Maharashtra JobType full-time Requirements We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and InDesign to join our growing team The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense excellent design execution skills and the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple digital and print platforms As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and delivering high-quality creative assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product and communications to create impactful visuals that engage our audience and elevate our brand presence Key Responsibilities Creative Design Branding Develop creative concepts graphics layouts and visual assets for digital and print media Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a strong brand identity Adapt designs across multiple formats including social media posts banners presentations websites and brochures Adobe Suite Expertise Use Photoshop for high-quality image editing retouching and manipulation Leverage Illustrator for creating vector-based illustrations logos and design elements Utilize InDesign for designing layouts marketing collateral and publication materials Apply Premiere Pro skills to create and edit video content animations and promotional clips Collaboration Communication Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into impactful designs Understand business and campaign requirements ensuring timely and quality creative output Collaborate with content writers videographers and developers to bring concepts to execution Project Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creativity Organize and maintain design files templates and assets for efficient workflow Contribute innovative ideas to improve design processes and enhance creative output Innovation Trend Awareness Stay updated with industry trends design tools and best practices to bring fresh ideas Experiment with new design techniques layouts and digital formats Ensure designs are optimized for both digital platforms social web video and print production Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Multimedia or a related field 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or corporate setting Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and InDesign mandatory Strong portfolio showcasing creative design layout branding and video editing work Good understanding of typography color theory composition and visual storytelling Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
