Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Project Management Responsibilities: - Coordinate creative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives and brand guidelines. - Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking progress and identifying potential delays. - Allocate resources effectively, including personnel (e.g., Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters) and equipment. - Act as a liaison between departments, stakeholders, and the creative team, providing regular project status updates and addressing any issues. - Manage workflow and scheduling of projects, ensuring efficient production processes. - Ensure the team meets project deadlines, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise. - Ensure that all creative materials meet the established brand guidelines and quality standards. - Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating as necessary. - Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: - Proven experience in project management, preferably within a creative service or communications environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with creative production processes (e.g., videography, graphic design, writing). - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Knowledge of brand guidelines and creative standards. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
