The SES Business Risk Analyst role will have global responsibilities for a book of both public and private equity financing transactions The position offers exposure to several products including Margin Loans Private Equity Limited Partnership PELP financing Net Asset Value NAV financing and Structured Prime The Analyst will focus on tracking covenant compliance and trend analysis with an opportunity to learn company financial analysis The position will directly support and report into the SES business Responsibilities Review compliance certificates and covenants in NAV PELP and structured prime transactions analyze portfolio trends and highlight significant moves in the portfolio Perform regular data checks and coordinate with operations to ensure accuracy and completeness of SES data pull data for ad hoc requests Run counterparty risk ratings of non-credit managed issuers in the CAT Citi Financial Helios internal system review memos and complete quality control checklists Work with the SES team to complete quarterly and regional annual portfolio review requirements for SES products which includes pulling transaction metrics and collateral issuer financials performance and ensuring timely data submission and its accuracy Assist in managing and monitoring trends and developments in the existing Margin Loan PELP NAV and structured prime book and work on portfolio reports as needed Assist with special projects and business initiatives including portfolio reviews group policies and guidelines regulatory requests audit reviews etc Qualifications 0-1 year of experience data management portfolio reporting attention to detail and ability to coordinate deliverables across a variety of groups Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint and ability to create presentation materials Ability to work with senior members of the team sense of ownership to follow-up and complete tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Education Bachelor s University degree or equivalent experience Job Family Group Risk Management Job Family Business Risk Control Time Type Full time Most Relevant Skills Credible Challenge Data Analysis Laws and Regulations Management Reporting Policy and Procedure Referral and Escalation Risk Controls and Monitors Risk Identification and Assessment Risk Remediation Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills please see above and or contact the recruiter Citi is an equal opportunity employer and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability status as a protected veteran or any other characteristic protected by law If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and or apply for a career opportunity review View Citi s and the poster
