Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for the Human Resources Manager, based in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, as well as develop and implement HR policies. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling payroll coordination, fostering a positive workplace culture, and advising management on strategic HR planning initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance workforce effectiveness and productivity will also be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications - Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes - Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution - Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Compliance, and Compensation & Benefits Administration - Experience in Organizational Development, Training, and Workforce Engagement Strategies - Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills - Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM or PHR) is a plus - Experience in the IT or technology sector is desirable but not mandatory
