Job Description Designation : Assistant Manager Business Intelligence Department : Business Analytics Location : Airoli , Navi Mumbai Shift: 1pm to 10pm / 3pm -12am Key Responsibilities - Analyze and manage Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. - Write efficient and complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret healthcare billing and claims data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Quality, to implement process improvements and system enhancements. - Lead data-driven projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with organizational goals. - Communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Utilize Python for automation, data manipulation, and advanced analytics to improve reporting efficiency. - Support requirements gathering from stakeholders, document business processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications. - Assist in training, mentoring, and guiding team members as required. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or a related field. - 610 years of experience in Business Intelligence with a strong focus on analytics and process management within US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or BPO industry . - Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization. - Expertise in writing advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. - Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, and analytics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Understanding of healthcare billing, claims processing, denial management, and regulatory requirements (preferred). Preferred Skills - Experience working with healthcare RCM systems and databases. - Familiarity with analytics tools, data warehousing concepts, or ETL processes. - Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy, detail, and continuous improvement.
