Job Summary The Data Analyst - Procurement & Supply Chain will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support procurement and supply chain activities. This role will involve identifying cost-saving opportunities, optimizing supplier performance, and enhancing supply chain efficiency through data-driven insights. Responsibilities - Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). - Generate and present reports to support decision-making processes in procurement and supply chain management. - Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies. - Support Global supply chain activities, including Vendor Managed inventory planning, logistics optimization, and forecasting requirement plan with Plants. - Conduct spend analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. - Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports using AI Tools. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field. - Experience 5-7 years in relevant field - Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in procurement and supply chain functions. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g.,Qlik, Tableau, Power BI). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge of procurement principles, supply chain management, and Global logistics. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software (Jaggaer). - Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
