We're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to join a fast-paced, global team working with a leading US-based MNC. This role goes beyond ticketing – we're looking for strong developers who can drive custom development and integrations across enterprise systems. About the Role

This role involves working with a leading US-based MNC in a fast-paced environment, focusing on custom development and integrations across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

- ServiceNow Core Development – Strong hands-on experience in custom development (not just support/ticketing).
- Service Catalog – Experience creating catalog items, approval workflows, and automations.
- Integrations – REST API, Flow Designer, and integrations with Dell systems, AWS, and storage provisioning platforms.
- ITSM Modules – Solid understanding and real-world implementation.
- CMDB & CSDM – Understanding of CI relationships and the CSDM framework.
- Flow Designer & API – Deep experience with Flow Designer, REST messages, and third-party API consumption.
- Service Portal – Ability to configure and customize out-of-the-box widgets.
- Asset Management Basics – Understanding of asset vs. CI lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong communication – Direct interaction with global customers.
- Independent contributor – Able to own deliverables end-to-end with minimal documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills

- Exposure to ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, APM.
- Basic UI customization in Service Portal.
- Awareness of DevOps concepts and mid server integrations.
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD) – not mandatory but a plus.
- Experience with reporting and greenfield implementations.

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication – Direct interaction with global customers.
- Independent contributor – Able to own deliverables end-to-end with minimal documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
