Job Title: SharePoint Developer (2–5 Years Experience)Location Chennai Experience 2–5 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a good understanding of Power Platform integrations. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions - Build custom SPFx web parts and extensions using TypeScript and React - Implement solutions using PnP JS, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph - Integrate SharePoint with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 services - Develop responsive UI using Fluent UI / CSS / HTML - Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, and site templates - Manage permissions, site structures, and content types - Debug, optimize, and enhance existing SharePoint solutions - Collaborate with the team and designers - Follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have - 2–5 years of experience in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 - Strong hands-on experience with SPFx development - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React - Experience with PnP JS, SharePoint REST APIs - Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API - Experience with Power Automate (basic to intermediate) - Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governance - Experience with Git / version control Good to Have - Experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) - Knowledge of Azure Functions / Azure AD / Entra ID - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps) - Understanding of SharePoint performance optimization - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills - Good communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Willingness to learn and adapt to new Microsoft 365 features
