The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, and a good understanding of Power Platform integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutionsBuild custom SPFx web parts and extensions using TypeScript and ReactImplement solutions using PnP JS, REST APIs, and Microsoft GraphIntegrate SharePoint with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other M365 servicesDevelop responsive UI using Fluent UI / CSS / HTMLCustomize SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, and site templatesManage permissions, site structures, and content typesDebug, optimize, and enhance existing SharePoint solutionsCollaborate with the team and designersFollow best practices for security, performance, and maintainabilityRequired Skills & QualificationsMust Have2–5 years of experience in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365Strong hands-on experience with SPFx developmentProficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactExperience with PnP JS, SharePoint REST APIsKnowledge of Microsoft Graph APIExperience with Power Automate (basic to intermediate)Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and governanceExperience with Git / version controlGood to HaveExperience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps)Knowledge of Azure Functions / Azure AD / Entra IDExperience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps)Understanding of SharePoint performance optimizationExperience working in Agile/Scrum teamsSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsGood communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsWillingness to learn and adapt to new Microsoft 365 features
