Role Overview: We’re hiring an Academic Counsellor for our Offline Learning Centre in Jaipur/Ahmedabad. The role involves guiding learners, understanding their career goals, and driving enrolments for upGrad’s degree and certification programs. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel prospective learners through calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings. - Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs. - Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets. - Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM. Requirements: - Minimum 1+ year of EdTech sales, pre-sales, or counselling experience. - Graduate with strong communication and persuasion skills. - Target-driven and proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
