- 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, or a related field.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with employer branding platforms such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Glassdoor, and others.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic graphic design skills.
- Ability to analyze employer branding metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
