Position OverviewRxBenefits seeks a dynamic Communications Manager to lead communications for our growingGlobal Collaboration Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India. The role will be based in Hyderabadand will oversee all internal and external communications, including employee communicationsand engagement, executive communications, event management, social media, mediarelations, and content creation.This role demands initiative, urgency, and accountability, with the ability to pivot seamlesslybetween projects while meeting deadlines. The Communications Manager will identify andexecute communications, content, and storytelling needs, supporting overall company goalsthrough strong collaboration and relationship-building.This role will report to the Associate Director of Operations in Hyderabad, with a dotted-linereporting relationship to the Director of Internal Communications in the United States to ensurealignment with RxBenefits’ corporate brand and communications strategies.Essential Job Responsibilities:Develop and manage an integrated communications strategy for the GCC team andoffice, inclusive of all internal and external communications for the GCC teamWrite, edit, and distribute internal communications such as emails, newsletters, talkingpoints, HR updates, intranet stories, blogs, videos, etc.Partner with GCC site lead on executive communications, including talking points andpresentationsCoordinate local communications events, such as town halls, employee meetings, andvirtual events with RxBenefits colleagues in the United StatesCoordinate closely with Corporate Communications to cascade corporate messages tothe GCC team, personalizing and editing as needed for local audience needsManage local social media, including LinkedIn profile and content strategy, and anyother relevant local social media platformsManage local external communications, including media relations and partnering withHR on recruitment activitiesCreative storytelling for both internal and external audiences, across different channelsShare employee news, stories, and photos with the Corporate Communications team forinclusion in company-wide communications, as appropriateEnsure alignment with corporate brand, messaging, style guidelines, and best practicesTrack metrics for insights and continuous improvementRequired Skills and Experiences:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, Outlook, andTeamsProficiency in social media tools, especially LinkedInBasic knowledge of Google Analytics, digital advertising channels, and search engineoptimization (SEO)Creative, corporate, and business writingCreative thinkingExecutive presenceEvent planning and management, including in-person town halls and virtual eventsExcellent project management skillsEnglish language proficiencyKnowledge of Associated Press (AP) styleQualifications:Degree in communications, journalism, or related field8-10 years of experience in communicationsPharmacy or health insurance industry experience preferredAbility to create compelling content for different audiences and across different channelsAbility to both think strategically and own tactical delivery of communicationsAbility to work non-standard business hours (need to work with HR on work scheduleand expectations)
