Job Description Company Description ICL Fincorp Limited, founded in 1999, is a leading name in the Gold Loan oriented Non-Banking Financial Sector (NBFC). Headquartered in Irinjalakkuda, Kerala, the company has expanded across five South Indian states and is preparing for further nationwide growth. In addition to gold loans, ICL offers diverse financial services, including business loans, vehicle loans, money transfers, forex services, and travel and tourism. ICL Fincorp is part of the ICL Group, which includes several businesses and a charitable trust, emphasizing its commitment to customers and community. The company is recognized for its innovative financial product portfolio and widespread customer trust. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Vishakhapatnam. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensure achievement of financial and operational targets, and manage overall team performance. Responsibilities include supervising staff, building customer relationships, promoting ICL's financial products, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for reporting on branch performance, implementing business strategies, and driving customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Team leadership, team management, and staff development skills - Proficiency in sales, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM) - Expertise in financial services, including familiarity with loan products, gold appraisals, and compliance requirements - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capacity - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage branch performance efficiently - Relevant experience in the non-banking financial or banking sector is preferred - Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field - Proficiency with basic computer applications and reporting tools
