Designation Manager - Business Marketing Manager Job Location Bangalore Department Commercial About Syngene Incorporated in 1993 Syngene International Ltd is an innovation-focused global discovery development and manufacturing organization providing integrated scientific services to the pharmaceutical biotechnology nutrition animal health consumer goods and specialty chemical industries worldwide Syngene s clientele includes world leaders such as Bristol-Myers Squibb Baxter Amgen GSK Merck KGaA and Herbalife Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems improve R D productivity speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation The Proposal Management team is crucial in securing new business opportunities by efficiently preparing and presenting compelling project proposals to potential clients Job Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team This role will be responsible for Business Marketing for Research Services Sales Enablement across all business units at Syngene The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of B2B marketing in the life sciences domain with a proven ability to translate complex scientific offerings into compelling value propositions Key Responsibilities Business Marketing - Research Services Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote Syngene s CRO capabilities Collaborate with scientific and business teams to craft positioning messaging and content Drive thought leadership through webinars whitepapers case studies and digital campaigns Support product launches and service expansions with targeted outreach and collateral Sales Enablement - All Business Units Create and maintain sales tools including pitch decks brochures battle cards and case studies Partner with sales teams to understand needs and tailor marketing assets accordingly Conduct training sessions to align sales teams with marketing messaging and positioning Track and optimize the usage and effectiveness of enablement materials Educational Qualification MBA from a Tier 1 institute with 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in life sciences pharma or biotech Technical Functional Skills Good knowledge and experience working in the Research Services space Strong storytelling and content development skills Experience in sales enablement and cross-functional collaboration Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in life sciences pharma or biotech Behavioral Skills Attention to detail Team management Pro-active team working capability Equal Opportunity Employer It is the policy of Syngene to provide equal employment opportunity EEO to all persons regardless of age color national origin citizenship status physical or mental disability race religion creed gender sex sexual orientation gender identity and or expression genetic information marital status status about public assistance veteran status or any other characteristic protected by applicable legislation or local law In addition Syngene will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities
