Exp- 3-6 monthsFull time work from homeSalary-paidJob OverviewWe are looking for a talented HR Recruiter and Intern to join our dynamic team in Delhi This is a remote position suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of experience The role requires assisting with recruiting tasks and gaining exposure to recruitment processes within an educational content development environment Qualifications and Skills Passion for educational content development and a keen interest in recruitment within this sector Familiarity with statistical analysis to understand trends in recruitment and educational content effectiveness Basic knowledge of machine learning for innovating recruitment strategies and aligning with educational technology trends Python programming skills to help automate recruitment tasks and analyze data efficiently Ability to create data visualizations to present recruitment metrics clearly and inform decision-making Understanding of predictive modeling to anticipate recruitment needs and trends in educational content Experience or interest in handling big data especially useful in analyzing educational content s impact Basic SQL skills for managing databases relevant to recruitment and educational content records Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies tailored to educational content development roles Collaborate with curriculum developers and other HR members to understand hiring needs and provide timely sourcing solutions Support recruitment activities by screening resumes scheduling interviews and performing initial candidate assessments Maintain and update recruitment databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Develop analytics to track and report recruitment performance and provide insights for improvement Participate in special projects related to HR initiatives and diversity hiring Engage with new recruitment technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency Provide support in creating job descriptions and publicizing opportunities on various platforms
