MUST HAVEs- · Expertise in one of CSM module along with good coding experience in Java- script or Angular for customisation. · ITSM ITOM / ITAM/ SAM/ HAM nice to have · Workflow and third party custom integration with different external system, · Integration with third party tools , REST APIs, Nice InContact, Jira, MS Teams, Slack, Outlook. · Integration with discovery tools like Intune/Jamf · OOTB Discovery using Graph API / Scripted REST API · Discoveries : H/W, S/W, Ports, printers, domains, IP etc. · Integration Hub · Can handle architecture, team, client requirements and development · Can write optimized code · Cloud Azure and AWS Experience , good to have. · Must be willing to drive full project with less supervision. · Must be willing to manage US clients. · salary no bar for deserving candidates · Can participate in client demo & POCs, RFPs and requirement gatherings with international clients · Architecting & solutioning of various systems · Must have Certifications on CSM and other mentioned modules ( nice to have ) · Prior experience with team handling is must · Must be willing to publish paper periodically · Out of box thinking with product engineering mindset, · Must be willing to train juniors & take interviews · Excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, ensure maximum usability and must be willing to drive full project with less supervision, must have good communication and understanding skills to manage US Clients Qualifications · Minimum Graduate (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) · CSM Service Now Certified · 70% throughout
