RemoteKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across SAM modules.Configure UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog items.Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and REST/SOAP web services within the ServiceNow platform.Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure platform stability and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.Work with the ServiceNow platform owner to enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide technical support.Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, user guides, and SOPs.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.Ensure all ServiceNow development adheres to best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer working on SAM modules.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Script Includes.Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Workflow Editor.Deep understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.Hands-on experience in ServiceNow customization, form design, and UI configuration.Familiarity with Update Sets, Scoped Applications, and System Properties.Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
