About Lytegen Lytegen is a forward-thinking leader in the renewable energy sector dedicated to fostering an inclusive and sustainable work environment Our team is passionate about driving innovation and embracing environmentally friendly practices We are currently searching for an HR Executive to join our team during the night shift from 8 30 PM to 5 30 AM Position Overview As an HR Executive at Lytegen you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment employee engagement and performance management This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and that our employees have the support they need to thrive within the organization Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions from job postings to onboarding Facilitate talent acquisition initiatives to attract qualified candidates Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and promoting a positive workplace culture Assist in implementing HR policies and programs Maintain accurate HR records and reporting to management Coordinate training sessions and performance reviews Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software Willingness to work night shift 8 30 PM to 5 30 AM Benefits Benefits Chance to work in the fast-growing renewable energy sector Growth opportunities and supportive team culture Be part of a mission-driven company building a sustainable future
