Job Description

This role is for an Institutional Sales professional specializing in Mutual Funds with a focus on Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI) accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships, expanding market share, and growing the Assets Under Management (AUM) by working closely with distribution channels.

Key Accountabilities

- Acquire new clients and maintain current relationships with a focus on UHNI accounts.
- Expand market share and build the AUM for all existing and new clients.
- Manage the distribution channel and ensure the company achieves its required market share.
- Upsell various products to build revenue.
- Meet with investors on joint calls with distributors and actively assist new and existing clients with their transactions.
- Service clients and distributors, taking steps to develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
- Train and inform distributors about product updates.
- Adhere to compliance norms of the organization and regulators.
- Network with distributors, clients, and competitors to gather market information.
- Maintain and regularly review data on market share.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Institutional Sales with a focus on Mutual Funds.
- Proven ability to acquire and service UHNI clients.
- Strong skills in distribution channel management and relationship building.
- In-depth knowledge of mutual fund products and the ability to upsell.
- NISM VA, NISM XXI A, CFA, or CFP certifications are preferred.
