Job Description - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the FMCG and food industry in Mumbai. - Provide legal counsel and advice on contractual matters, agreements, and business transactions. - Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts. - Monitor and manage legal risks associated with the company's operations in the FMCG sector. - Managing and responding to high-risk consumer complaints. - Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when necessary. - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the food industry. - Support internal teams in understanding and implementing legal requirements. - Develop and maintain internal policies to ensure legal compliance. - Must have knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: - An LLB and CS degree - Experience in legal advisory and compliance specific to the FMCG or food industry. - Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. - In-depth knowledge of legal regulations and laws applicable to the FMCG sector. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
