Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation and Configuration: Lead or participate in SAP APO SNP implementations, configuration, and customization to optimize supply chain planning, including demand and supply matching, transportation planning, and inventory management.
- Demand and Supply Planning: Configure and optimize SNP to balance supply and demand, manage production and distribution schedules, and improve the overall efficiency of the supply network.
- Process Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and translate requirements into functional specifications. Design integrated solutions across different SAP modules (e.g., SAP PP, MM, SD) to ensure smooth planning processes.
- Data Integration: Work on integrating SAP APO SNP with other SAP modules (such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to SNP, including debugging and resolving issues, ensuring system availability, and maintaining optimal performance.
- Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the supply chain, including optimizing planning cycles, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing supply chain visibility through SAP APO SNP.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support during the testing phase of implementations and upgrades. Ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on SNP functionality and best practices. Document configuration, process flows, and key decisions for knowledge transfer and future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other functional and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Participate in client-facing meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Upgrades and Enhancements: Support system upgrades and version updates of SAP APO and provide recommendations on new features and capabilities that can enhance the business value of the client.

Key Requirements:

- Experience with SAP APO: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP APO, specifically in Supply Network Planning (SNP).
- SAP SNP Configuration: Hands-on experience in the configuration of SNP modules, including but not limited to transportation planning, demand and supply matching, production planning, and deployment.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and distribution planning.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating SAP APO with other SAP modules (such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD) and non-SAP systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of SAP interfaces, ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, and user exits.
- Project Management: Experience working in large-scale implementation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or other project methodologies.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills to identify root causes of system issues and provide practical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users, technical teams, and management. Ability to explain complex SAP concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field. Certifications in SAP APO or supply chain management are a plus.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel as required for client engagements and project deployments.

Preferred Skills:

- SAP S/4HANA knowledge or experience in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Planning.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) as an integrated solution with APO.
- Experience in handling large datasets, advanced analytics, and performance tuning within SAP APO.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain practices, including demand-driven supply networks, inventory optimization, and transportation management.
