The Team We are an award-winning global consultancy and have been named Building s Engineering Consultant of the Year in 2024 2022 and 2021 We are at the forefront of the industry priding ourselves on our exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable projects Sustainability runs through everything we do at Cundall and our people are empowered to drive change and decarbonise the built environment By the end of this decade we have set ourselves an ambitious goal to only work on projects that meet our zero carbon design criteria a commitment we have called our Zero Carbon Design 2030 goal We need engineers who share this passion for sustainability and thrive in designing energy efficient buildings and communities Our Building Services team are a source of world leading expertise and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development and professional excellence At Cundall we strive to maintain a healthy balance between work and life Explore exciting career opportunities with us The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Electrical building services engineer with over 10 years experience to join the team in our Bengaluru office and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative Electrical design solutions for some of the most exciting building projects across the Middle East region and internationally The candidate should possess first-hand experience on Middle East projects and a comprehensive understanding of Middle East local authority regulations You would be working on a variety of projects working with leading developers and clients We are looking for people who have hands on experience of leading Electrical designs in a variety of sectors including commercial offices retail shopping malls education hospitality healthcare etc The successful candidate will take a lead role in delivering these projects whilst managing other discipline engineers across different offices You will work closely with colleagues of various disciplines including external third-party consultants to manage the delivery of technically excellent profitable projects You should be able to analyse problems and produce designs to solve them with the ability to make decisions in high-stress situations You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business and will use your wealth of expertise and leadership skills to manage motivate and inspire less experienced engineers You will have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop and will be supported towards Chartership The Skills Educated to degree level in Electrical Building Services Engineering and having gained substantial experience in an Electrical Engineering role within a building services context you have an extensive portfolio of experience demonstrating your familiarity with high quality engineering solutions and a client-focussed approach You should have extensive experience in report writing skills and specifications as per project requirements In your most recent position you have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and less experienced engineers to deliver to and exceed client expectations You possess sound knowledge of Revit Navisworks BIM 360 platform for documentations and have proven experience for creative sustainable and intuitive design You should also possess experience in resource planning and supporting the project manager in costing along with sound knowledge in MS projects and power point Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role excellent communication and project management skills are essential We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture Creating environments where everyone can find joy doing their best work is also great for everyone That is why we positively welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities and encourage support and celebrate the diverse voices of our people LI-JS1
