Link to our LinkedIn Page - https://www.linkedin.com/company/niit-limited/ Link to our website - https://www.niit.com/en/learning-outsourcing/ Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Compliance Auditor to ensure that our Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Delivery Managers globally are meeting all contractual obligations with our clients for Managed Training Services. This role will involve verifying compliance with contract terms, which are often articulated in legal language, and providing evidence of adherence. Roles and Responsibilities : - Liaise with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Delivery Managers across global locations to review contract compliance. - Analyze contractual obligations and ensure understanding among managers. - Verify and document evidence that demonstrates adherence to contractual terms. - Report findings and discrepancies to senior management and recommend corrective actions. - Maintain up-to-date records of compliance checks and audit trails. - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to interpret complex contract terms. - Provide guidance and training to managers on contract compliance processes. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or compliance, preferably in a global organization. - Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract language. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with managers and legal teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software. Good To Have Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse teams. - Proactive in identifying compliance issues and recommending solutions. - Experience in the training industry or managed services is a plus.
