We are seeking an experienced SampleManager LIMS Consultant with 6 years of hands-on experience to support the implementation configuration and optimization of SampleManager Laboratory Information Management System LIMS The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the system meets laboratory needs and complies with industry standards Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document laboratory needs for sample management data tracking and regulatory compliance System Configuration Customization Configure and customize SampleManager LIMS to align with specific laboratory workflows including user roles security settings and data capture mechanisms Integration with Instruments Systems Implement integrations between SampleManager and laboratory instruments ERP CRM and other data systems to enable seamless data flow Workflow Design Automation Design and implement automated workflows to streamline laboratory operations enhance process efficiency and reduce manual errors Training Support Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure effective usage troubleshooting and system maintenance Compliance Management Ensure all configurations and customizations are aligned with regulatory requirements e g FDA GLP GMP including data integrity security and audit trail functionality Data Management Analytics Assist in managing LIMS data and applying analytical tools to extract insights track performance and support decision-making Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences Computer Science or related field 5 years of experience with SampleManager LIMS implementation and support Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and compliance requirements Experience integrating LIMS with instruments and enterprise systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team Skills Samplemanager LIMS Laboratory Services About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
