**Associate - Cosec Admin**
**Location: Bangalore**

**Vacancy type: Permanent
As an Associate in Cosec Admin you will be a vital part of our organization and will play a vital role in ensuring the data quality which also will help the client deliverables efficient and accurate.

**The position
**Your responsibilities
- Appending e-signatures on various documents
- Downloading registry extracts
- Prepare invoice
- Conversion of documents to pdf
- Should deploy first-time right approach and ensure proper checks while doing the process to avoid rework
- Ensure all the trackers are updated on-time without any deviation
- Ensure process is audit complaint by adhering to process guidelines
- Ensure to follow the process as per the procedure document
- Maintaining and managing 100% accuracy in all the deliverables
- Meeting all the prescribed deadlines for daily, weekly monthly and yearly activities assigned in the process
- Should master the task and perform a quality check
- Co-ordinate and complete the tasks with the team members

**Your profile
- Any Graduation from a recognized university
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Highly organized with excellent personal time management
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Logical in approach with Analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
- Proficient with MS office and Excel
