Industrial Psychologist

Please find below the responsibilities that needs to be carried out:
Conduct job analyses to identify job requirements, tasks, and competencies.

Design and implement employee selection and assessment procedures, including interviews, psychometric tests, and simulations.

Develop and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, performance, and job satisfaction.

Provide individual and group counseling plans for employees experiencing work-related issues or stress.

Collaborate with management to design and implement organizational change initiatives, such as restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.

Conduct surveys and analyze data to assess employee attitudes, job satisfaction, and organizational climate.

Advise management on strategies for improving employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

Stay current on relevant laws and regulations governing employment practices and ensure organizational compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organizational challenges and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
